How to Play SoloMahj

A complete solo game takes about 20–30 minutes. Here’s the flow:

1. Draw 13 tiles and arrange your hand. A rack is optional.
2. Complete the Charleston — pass 3 tiles right (R), across (O), and left (L), replenishing from the bag each round. Finish with an optional blind pass and courtesy pass (0–3 tiles).
3. Shuffle the board tiles back into the bag.
4. Draw and discard one tile at a time into the 24 board spaces, working toward a mahjong hand.
5. Win by forming a mahjong within 25 turns — including the Tile of Last Resort on turn 25!
